2. Data we process

The website has no user accounts, newsletter, or contact form, and Pan Aviation does not collect personal data through those features. Paid bookings use Stripe Checkout. Stripe may request payment and billing information and processes it under Stripe’s own privacy policy.

After checkout, we receive and store the name, email address, and phone number entered in Stripe Checkout, together with the selected flight, payment type, booking and payment identifiers, amount paid, and payment status. Pan Aviation does not receive full payment-card details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to arrange the requested flight, process and reconcile payment, communicate with the customer, and meet accounting or legal duties. The legal bases are taking steps at the customer’s request, performing a contract, and complying with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. When you move to Stripe Checkout, Stripe may use technical technologies needed for secure payment; those are controlled by Stripe. The site may temporarily store a technical identifier in your browser to prevent a duplicate payment request.

5. Recipients and retention

Payment data is processed by Stripe as payment provider. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. We keep information only for as long as needed for the service, accounting, legal obligations, or establishing and defending legal claims.

6. Your rights

Where applicable, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, and the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. To exercise a right, write to the email above. We may request enough information to verify your identity.
