1. Service provider

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed after we agree the date and time with you. Prices and available routes are shown on the website and are per flight, not per passenger.

You may pay the listed deposit or the full amount through the secure checkout page. When a deposit is paid, the balance is due on the day of the flight before departure.

3. Flight operation and safety

Flights operate only when the pilot and operator consider the conditions suitable and safe. The pilot may change the route, postpone, or end a flight for safety reasons.

There is no minimum passenger age when a child is accompanied by a parent. Passengers must follow crew instructions. Specific capacity, weight, health, and safety requirements are confirmed at booking.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, arrive on time, and not board while under the influence of alcohol or other substances. A safety-related refusal to board does not change the cancellation rules unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Cancellations and changes

Please request a cancellation or date change no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight. A request after that deadline may result in the deposit or paid amount being retained, unless it is caused by a technical problem on our side.

If we cancel because of weather or another operational reason, we will offer a new date or a full refund of the amount paid.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
